01 — Paying in crypto

We take Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) and Tether (USDT). There is no card option and no bank involved at any point. Payments settle directly to our wallets and are reconciled by a person, not a payment processor.

How the price is calculated

Every product is priced in pounds sterling. When you choose a coin at checkout we pull the live exchange rate and convert your total. That quoted amount is held for 15 minutes. If the timer runs out before you send, refresh it — we will not ship against a stale rate, and we will not ask you to top up because the market moved while you were deciding.

Send the exact amount, on the right chain

• Underpayments hold the order until the difference arrives. Send the balance to the same address and email us the second transaction hash.
• Overpayments are refunded in the same coin, or credited against your next order — your choice, just tell us which.
• Wrong-chain sends cannot be recovered. USDT in particular exists on several networks. The address shown at checkout works on one of them, and it's labelled in bold directly above the QR code. Read it before you send.
• Exchange withdrawals often deduct a network fee from the amount you type in. Enter the amount so that what arrives matches the quote.

Confirmation times

We wait for 1–3 network confirmations depending on the chain — typically two to thirty minutes. Solana and Tron are near-instant; Bitcoin can take longer when the mempool is busy. You don't need to do anything during this window.

The transaction hash

The last step of checkout asks for your transaction hash (also called a TXID or signature). It's optional in the sense that we'll eventually match your payment without it — but supplying it turns a two-day manual match into a two-minute one. Copy it from your wallet's activity screen.

02 — Refunds & disputes

Crypto payments are irreversible. There is no chargeback, no dispute button and no third party who can claw funds back on your behalf. That cuts both ways: nobody can reverse a payment on you either. Because of this we hold ourselves to the part we can control.

We refund, in full, when:

• Your order never arrives and tracking shows it was never delivered.
• What arrives isn't what you ordered.
• The product is damaged, contaminated or materially different from its listing and lab figures.
• We cancel your order for any reason — including if we determine we can't legally ship to you.

We don't refund:

• Because you changed your mind after a consumable, sealed product was opened.
• Because the coin you paid in moved in price after you paid.
• Because you sent to the wrong network or the wrong address. We physically cannot retrieve those funds.
• Because a package was seized in a jurisdiction where you told us the purchase was lawful and it wasn't.

Refunds are issued in the same coin you paid with, at the rate on the day of the refund, to an address you supply. Tell us within 14 days of delivery — or of the expected delivery date if nothing showed up.

03 — Shipping

Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET ship the same working day; everything else goes out the next one. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is generated.

Packaging

Vacuum-sealed, smell-proof, inside plain outer packaging with no branding, no product name and a neutral return address. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside or who it's from.

Rates

• £5.50 flat, tracked courier, on every order regardless of size or weight.
• Free on orders over £100.

One rate, no tiers, no weight bands, no surcharge that appears at the last step. A single gram and a 25-gram slab cost the same to send.

If it doesn't arrive

Give tracking a full five working days past the estimate before worrying — couriers stall more often than parcels vanish. After that, email us with your order ID and we'll either re-ship or refund. You choose which.

04 — What we sell where

This distinction matters more than anything else on this page, so it's stated plainly:

CBD hash, kief and the strain-pressed range

These contain less than 0.2% THC and are sold as legal hemp products within the EU. They are third-party lab tested and every batch has a certificate of analysis available on request. They are not medicine and we make no medical claims about them.

Terpene blends

Botanically derived, zero cannabinoids. They are flavour compounds rather than cannabis products, so they travel far more freely than anything else on this site — ask us if you're outside our usual courier range.

THC products

The THC lots on this site are listed for reference. They are not available for online checkout and never will be. They are supplied only through licensed channels, in jurisdictions where that sale is lawful, and only after we have verified that it is. If you inquire about one, we will tell you honestly whether we can supply you — including when the answer is no.

We do not ship any THC product across a border. Not discreetly, not "at your own risk", not for a premium. Don't ask us to.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing whether it is lawful for you to receive what you've ordered. Cannabis and hemp law varies by country, by state and sometimes by municipality, and it changes. If you're unsure, check before you order rather than after customs opens your parcel.

05 — Age policy

Nothing on this site is sold to anyone under the legal age in their jurisdiction — 18 or 21 depending on where you are. The age gate is not decoration; misrepresenting your age voids the sale, and we will cancel and refund an order rather than complete one we believe is going to a minor.

Keep every product out of reach of children and animals. Hash looks like food to a curious toddler and to a dog.

06 — Privacy

We collect the minimum required to put a parcel in your hands: name or alias, delivery address, email, and your order details.

• No account. There's nothing to log into and no password to leak.
• No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no session recording.
• No payment data. There's none to hold — we never see a card, a bank account or an identity document.
• Deleted after shipping. Address details are removed once delivery is confirmed and the return window closes.
• Never sold or shared, except where a valid legal order compels it.

Your cart and your order receipt are stored in your own browser, not on our server. Clearing your browser data clears them — so save your order ID somewhere if you want to reference it later.

07 — Health & safety

Our products are not medicines. We don't claim they treat, cure or prevent anything, and you should be suspicious of anyone in this industry who does.

Talk to a doctor before using CBD if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication (CBD interacts with a number of common drugs), or managing a diagnosed condition. Don't drive or operate machinery after use. Start with a small amount if you're new to a product — you can always take more.

Combustion is combustion: smoking anything carries risk to your lungs regardless of what it is.

08 — Terms of sale

Placing an order means you confirm that you are of legal age where you live, that receiving these products is lawful there, that the delivery details you gave us are accurate, and that you understand crypto payments are final.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, refunding in full, at our discretion — including where we suspect a legal problem, an age misrepresentation, or an attempt at resale into a jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

Lab figures are batch-typical and carry normal analytical tolerance. Colour, texture and aroma vary between pressings; that's what small batch means, and photographs are representative rather than exact.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
